Mediterranean Olive and Sun Dried Tomato Dip

The holidays are just around the corner and you will be heading out to parties all season long.  Many a diet is ruined during the holidays!  Take this dip and not only will you have a guilt-free snack to munch on while you're enjoying your party, but your friends will never guess that it's healthy!  

Mediterranean Olive and Sun Dried Tomato Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup 0% Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 3 Ounces Sundried Tomatos -  chopped  (I used Trader Joes)
  • 1/4 Cup Kalamata Olives - chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.  Can be served with cut vegetables, wheat crackers, or wheat pita chips.
