10 Minute Flat Belly Blast!

ABS! ABS! ABS!  It’s the base of every workout routine.  A strong core helps with balance, and also makes you more efficient with all the other exercises that aren't necessarily targeting your abs. These moves will help you strengthen the various muscles that make up your core without the usual boring crunches.    Incorporate these ab exercises into your regular workout routines along with some clean eating (as we know, a 6 pack is made in the kitchen) and enjoy the strong core benefits!  Go get 'em!
