Pumpkin Spice Latte Protein Smoothie

These are three of my favorite things!  Coffee, pumpkin spice and protein!  I love protein smoothies for my post-workout treat, and this one is perfect for the fall!  It's a super simple Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie that only requires a few ingredients and depending on the protein powder that you use, it can pack a whooping 40 grams of protein.  Just be careful of the sugar content in the greek yogurt, look for low sugar varieties.

Ingredients

  • 5 Ounces Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 - 1/2 Cup Cold Coffee
  • 1 Rounded Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder    
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 - 1 Cup Ice

Directions:

Save coffee from morning and place in refrigerator to chill for later use.  In blender put vanilla greek yogurt, coffee, protein powder, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon. Blend until throughly mixed, and add in ice blend to crush ice.
