Full Body Band Workout Video

Have you ever wondered what it is like to work out with Meg and me? Well this video is a pretty good idea - we laugh at ourselves a lot… working out shouldn’t be stressful!

This workout is prefect for you to take outside, vacation, or anywhere! All you need for the workouts really is bands, you can modify the exercises if you don’t have a ball available. This is a great way to work your entire body without ever picking up a weight!

Directions:

  • 30 seconds on / 15 seconds off

  • Work through entire circuit

  • Do lower body circuit 2-3 times, then move to upper body circuit 2-3 times

Equipment:

  • Bands ( Loop and tube)

  • Medicine Ball or Basketball

  • Mat

Warm Up: 30 seconds each exercise

  • boxer shuffle, butt kicks, jumping jacks, skaters, good mornings, squat kicks, reverse lunges, side lunges

Workout:

Lower Body Circuit - repeat 2-3 times

  1. 3 Pulse Sumo Squat

  2. Single Legged Glute Raise on the Med Ball

  3. Outer Ankle Touch

  4. Straight Leg Quad Pulse with Band

  5. Side Abductor Raises

  6. Core Static Band Hold

  7. Squat with a Single Leg Pulse

  8. X Band Mini Side Steps

  9. Sit Up with Med Ball Press

  10. Band Deadlift

Upper Body Circuit - repeat 2-3 times

  1. Alternating Med Ball Push Up

  2. Rhomboid Pull

  3. Jumping Med Ball Squat and Press

  4. Kneeling Overhead Tricep Extension

  5. Kneeling Shoulder Press

  6. Hammer Bicep Curls

  7. Med Ball Toe Taps

  8. Rotator Cuff Band Pull

  9. Tricep Kickback

  10. Seated Band Rows
