15 Minute Booty Burning DB Method Workout

This is my "go to" workout for the DB Method! If you get bored easily, this is a perfect workout! It's a challenging workout that will have you sweating while you work your legs and glutes! It’s a booty burner!

If you haven’t heard of the DB Method, it’s a simple machine that allows you to go lower into your squats without added stress on your knees and it recruits more glutei activation than normal squats. I actually think it has helped strengthen some of my hip abductor muscles. I have some imbalances that I have been addressing, and I began to see a difference in my weaker side after using this for several weeks. I plan on writing a review soon!
