HIIT EMOM Workout Video - No gym, no problem!

Let’s keep moving during this stressful time! This EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) HIIT Workout is a great way to burn calories and burn some stress at the same time! Prepare to be sweaty! It’s actually one of my favorite workouts for getting my heart rate up! We always say working out is 1/2 fitness and 1/2 mental health - during this time of social distancing it’s so important to keep exercising to lower stress levels! This is a workout you can do at home and feel like you really got a good workout in!
