Pear Berry Fizz Cocktail
Spring is here and it's time to celebrate the warm weather with a light and fruity cocktail! This Pear Berry Fizz Cocktail is big on flavor but without the added sugar and calories. Sugary ingredients like simple syrups have been removed and real fruit is muddled to give the added flavor and only 125 calories! This can be severed with or without ice, but if you love the fizz, try serving it in a champagne flute to preserve the bubbles! It is a perfect pink color from the muddled raspberries and would make a fun bubbly drink to serve on a girls night out on the patio with your friends!
Pear Berry Fizz Cocktail
- 1/4 of a pealed and diced Pear
- 6 Fresh Raspberries
- 1 1/2 oz Pear Flavored Vodka
- 1 oz St-Germain Elderberry Liqueur
- Berry Flavored Sparkling Water or Spritzer (any berry flavor)
- Extra Pear, Raspberries or blackberries for garnish
In a mixing glass, add the pear and raspberries and muddle. Add vodka, ice and St-Germain. Cap the shaker and shake well. Double strain the mixture into a glass of your choice, using a champagne flute will keep the fizz longer, and top with some berry sparkling seltzer. Garnish with a wedge of pear and raspberries. Can be served over ice if preferred.
