The Perfect Booty Workout in 28 Minutes!
This lower body tabata workout tones your lower body while torching calories creating the perfect booty workout! The definition of tabata is: " a form of high intensity exercise comprising twenty seconds of intense activity followed by ten seconds of rest , conducted over 4 minutes/8 sets".
For the cardio you need to go hard! Give it your all for 20 seconds. For the strength, pick a weight that is challenging, but does not comprimise your form. The beauty of this 28 minute booty workout is that you will have great after your 28 minutes are up. This workout is another multi-tasker and we love it!
Directions:
20 seconds on/10 seconds off x8
AABBAABB format (ABBABB for modified version)
rest as needed between groups (30-60 seconds)

Group 6: A. Heisman shuffle. B. one legged deadlift (LL/RR)
Group 7: A. 3 pulse squat + 180 jump B. sumo squat
