burpee circuit when you're short on time
We are all busy people. So far today, I've stood in line at Salvation Army to get a 69 cent dresser for my daughter to take to college (a spectacular Saturday find, I might add), I've mowed the lawn, I've spray painted several pieces for the aforementioned college kid, I've given the dog a hair cut (he looks fabulous) and I've done 3 loads of never-ending laundry. My to-do list was also to include running 3 miles, but that got pushed to the end of the list and now that it's dinner time and I've got a hungry family asking "WHAT'S FOR DINNER?", I'm not sure if I can get a run in. It's these kinds of days that gave me the idea for the Quick Cardio Video Series. The videos will give you 3-4 exercises that you can do anywhere and without any equipment. These exercises will get your heart rate up so you can burn calories on those days when you're short on time and cannot get in a full workout.
