Full Body Burn and Tone
If your wanting to burn some fat, a full body workout is a great choice! Full body workouts will allow you to workout with the greatest frequency and still have plenty of time to recover. For an added boost, finish workout with some abs! Have fun!

45 seconds on/15 seconds off ABAB format
all exercises are done with weights or resistance bands

Equipment:
dumbbells or bands
barbell
Warm up: 30 seconds each exercise:
boxer shuffle, butt kicks, jumping jacks, skaters, good mornings, squat kicks, reverse lunges, side lunges
Workout:
A. Chest press
A. Deadlift
B. Squat and snatch (L round 1/R round 2)
B. Lat pullovers
A. Reverse lunges (L round 1/R round 2)
B. Sumo squat
take a break...get some water (1-2 minutes)
B. Bicep curl and hold (L hold round 1/R hold round 2)
A. Side lunge (L round 1/R round 2-use dumbbells or barbell)
B. Squats
A. Front raise
B. Bent over dorsal raise
A. Cursty lunge (L round 1/R round 2)
B. 3 way calf raise (10 with toes forward/10 toes in/10 toes out)
