6 Minute 6 Pack Abs!
A combination of core strengthening exercises with a few metabolism boosting core exercises and you've got a recipe for 6 pack abs! Well.....not really. As we all know, 6 pack abs are made in the kitchen, but this series of exercises will go a long way in helping you strengthen your core. By building a strong, sculpted core while you are also helping to prevent injury. Best part, one round only takes six minutes!
