28 Minute Tabata Legs Burnout
Get ready for a leg day workout that will test you and make you sweat! Each set combines a cardio that will challenge your legs along with a lower strength exercise. By combining an explosive move with a strength move, you are going to burnout those legs and leave you in a pool of sweat…FUN! Tabata combines 20 second bursts where you exercise as hard as you can, followed by a 10-second rest. This is repeated for 8 rounds, which last for 4 minutes in total. It sounds short, but trust me, it is effective!
equipment:
dumb bells or bands or body weight
directions:
set your timer for 20 seconds of work/10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds
AABBAABB format
rest as needed between sets (try to keep it around 60 seconds)
