Get ready for a leg day workout that will test you and make you sweat! Each set combines a cardio that will challenge your legs along with a lower strength exercise. By combining an explosive move with a strength move, you are going to burnout those legs and leave you in a pool of sweat…FUN! Tabata combines 20 second bursts where you exercise as hard as you can, followed by a 10-second rest. This is repeated for 8 rounds, which last for 4 minutes in total. It sounds short, but trust me, it is effective!

Resistance training is a must to shape and tone your lower body. Using both weights and resistance bands gives you a very effective workout to challenge your thighs and glutes.
