10 exercises that utilize the yoga or stability ball done @ 40 seconds of work/20 seconds of rest Go through this circuit 3-4 times for a fabulous full body workout!

Yoga Ball Deadbug
Zig Zag Jump or Lateral Hops
Yoga Ball Fies to Tricep Extensions
Power Jacks with Light Weights
One Leg Deadlift with Foot Resting on Yoga Ball
Lat Pullover with Toe Touch - Feet on Yoga Ball
Split Squat with Shoulder Press - Feet on Floor
Plank Crunch with Feet or Shins on Yoga Ball
