Say Hello to Your At Home Gym for under $100

As a mom, wife, trainer, taxi driver, cook, creative, cleaning lady and schedule coordinator (to name a few:) my schedule is rather hectic! As a result, it is soooo much easier for me to workout at home. While I do enjoy heading to the gym to try new equipment and workout with friends, the ease of walking down to the basement and getting in a killer workout can’t be beat! When I reference walking down to my basement to workout, please don’t be deceived.
