Tone and Shape At Home Workout
We are in an Arctic freeze here in the Chicagoland area so I thought we could all use a fun and effective at home workout. This workout will not only get your heart rate up to help you burn calories by boosting your metabolism, but it will help you tone and shape your full body by creatively using your body weight…all in the comfort of your own home! So put on your tennis shoes and get to work!
directions:
Go through each circuit 2-3 times.
Follow the indicated reps.
Take breaks as needed.

warm up:
boxer shuffle, butt kicks, jumping jacks, skaters, good mornings, squat kicks, lunges, side lunges (click here for a warm up video demonstration)
workout:
CIRCUIT ONE
A. 8 mountain climbers + down dog 10
B. squat + reverse lunge left leg 10
C. walk out 2 push ups + star jump 10
D. squat + reverse lunge right leg 10
E. reverse plank march + tricep dip 10
CIRCUIT TWO
A. side plank + crunch left side 10
B. side plank + crunch right side 10
C. burpee with jump (can modify with no jump) 10
D. crunch pulse 10 + fast crunch 10
