Bear Crawls and Body Weight Full Body CHALLENGE

This workout requires no equipment and will definately help you get your sweat on!  It's a full body workout that you can take with you on vacations or do in your own backyard or basement and it will burn serious calories! So there are no excuses! Get your heart rate going and feel that total body burnout! This workout is a winner!

Directions:

  • Do each set 2-4 times through

  • Follow the reps for each exercise

  • Rest as needed between sets

Equipment:

  • loop band (not necessary if you do not have one)

Warm up:30 seconds each exercise

  • boxer shuffle, butt kicks, jumping jacks, skaters, good mornings, squat kicks, reverse lunges, side lunges
