Delicious Chicken and Veggie Bowl

My family is bowl crazy right now!  It's one of their favorite dinners, and so easy to make.  In full disclosure, this chicken is so yummy it is almost dangerous, I can not stop eating it!  If you make a double batch of the chicken, you can use it on salads and in wraps during the week.  I love the beautiful colors in this dish and it's full of healthy antioxidants, phytonutrients, lean protein and healthy fat!

Quinoa Buffalo Chicken Protein Bowl - Only 6 Ingredients!

This Protein Bowl only has 6 Ingredients and is very low calorie.  It packs all the nutritional punch that quinoa offers, and has lots of protein for the low calories!  I like everything spicy, so I use the full cup (or more), but I would suggest starting with 1/2 cup the first time you make it, and adding more as you taste it.
